This One Thing…
will affect the whole world. I’m not actually going to talk about the debate tonight. I only watched it once and for me, that’s not enough to process the information offered in order to form an opinion.
The “binders” thing is, frankly too easy. Don’t get me wrong. I’m not above the cheap shot. But that shot is too cheap even for me.
I’m not going to talk about politics at all, or knitting which I will probably talk about eventually. OK, maybe just a touch.
Vote! VOTE! Go VOTE! You must vote. Not kidding.
I don’t care who you vote for…yeah, well that’s a lie. I absolutely care who you vote for and if you haven’t figured out who that is right now you need to be new.
Six states, Idaho, Maine, Minnesota, New Hampshire, Wisconsin and Wyoming, allow for Election Day Registration.
Here’s a chart of how easy it is to vote.

(a) Certain elections may be held entirely by mail. The circumstances under which all-mail elections are permitted vary from state to state.
You have no excuses. This is the one thing the government and your fellow citizens really need from you.
Get it done.

Enjoyed this. That chart may help spur someone with all the info. I agree that if you are eligible to vote, then you need to. When I was young, we would all vote together in my family. Even if our polling places were different, we would all go, and then have pizza together. It was a fun way to get together afterwards as well. Now we are scattered, but dad will still chat with us and we are all still voters. So many people around this world can’t vote and since I can, I do.
